A show with a simple concept: Tracks from albums released in 1972 (50 years ago) and lots of Radiothon talk.

We start off with a small tribute to the great piano rocker we lost this Octobra, Jerry Lee Lewis and from there it's more of the same unpredictable, self indulgent angles Clam Radio is notorious for. Yeah. Well, it could be worse. Could be commercial radio.

Celebrating the 50th anniversary release of Captain Beefheart's "Clear Spot" album as well as Harry Nilsson's album "Son Of Schmilsson". Plus ya got some new music from Sweden in the second half of the program. Marvels await if you're into this sort of programming. Honest.

The first Clam Radio show recorded and assembled at Suburban Hermit Studios III, Ronkonkoma, NY

Subconscious combinations of mostly 20th century music fill the airwaves as we say goodbye to our headquarters: Suburban Hermit Studios 2. We are moving to a new facility in Ronkonkoma and the future of Clam Radio is uncertain. Will we continue with this WUSB experiment or move on to other pastures? Only time will tell. The answer is there, we just have to catch up to it. Clam Radio!
