Our Album Side "Bob Dylan - 30th Anniversary Concert...." was one incredible night! My sweetheart and i were there that night & seeing as her birthday is right around the corner I send out this album side to you, B-A-B-Y!!! Today we reviewed two of my "Recipe Off the Top Of My Head" previous recipes. As this is a constant work in progress, we recently got some feedback from one listener who said the meatball recipe did not work out too well for her. So we reviewed how to make it extra tasty each time. Also, went over how to ensure the Chicken Parmesean is always extra mist and juicy. Thanks for tuning in .... the next few weeks I'll be on the road .. tune in for Josef Ayala sitting in and his extra special blend. See/Hear you in 2010. I'll be back New years day January 1st !!!!
