We also shared a powerful new song from Lynn Miles regarding the crisis with refugees from war-torn counties, as well as a new album from Sloan Wainwright and the issue of some recordings from a 1987/1988 Neil Young tour.

Today’s program featured releases new to our playlist from Ana Egge, David Myles, and David Tamulevich. We noted the passing of record producer Bob Johnston by playing tracks from albums he produced for Lindisfarne, Johnny Cash and Bob Dylan and also programmed a set of songs to mark the 10th anniversary of Hurricane Katrina.
