JJ Sansaverino on Smooth Jazz Radio - Tuesday, October 16


Tune into Smooth Jazz Radio this Tuesday, Oct 16th from 2-4pm when George Rudolph will chat with Jazz Guitarist JJ Sansaverino about his new project International Groove, which was released on September 19th.

JJ Sansaverino will be appearing at Trumpets in Montclair NJ on Oct 25th and on November 19th there will be a CD release party upstairs in The Loft at the City Winery on Varick Street in NYC. Attendees will receive a free download card of his new single Footsteps.

Hamptons International Film Festival Spotlight: Photographer Henri Dauman on Tom Needham’s Sounds of Film

Henri Dauman is the subject of a new feature documentary ‘Henri Dauman: Looking Up.’ The film directed by Peter Kenneth Jones is making its worldwide documentary premiere at the Hamptons International Film Festival on October 6th at 5:30 EST, followed by a second screening on October 7th at 3:30 EST. Henri Dauman is planning on attending the screenings.

Art Ruprecht on Smooth Jazz Radio

Tune into Smooth Jazz Radio this Tuesday Oct 2nd from 2-4pm when George Rudolph will chat with Guitarist Art Ruprecht about his new project Cast Your Care, which is a collection of original compositions and his personal interpretation of a few Christian Hymns. The new collection features a variety of jazz styles including the straight ahead style of Go Wes Young Man, a tribute to Wes Montgomery and Dichotomy, and the latin infused La Mano de Dios. Other cuts on the CD include the smooth sound of Author and Finisher and Walk the Walk. Art's influences include Joe Pass, Pat Martino, Larry Carlton, Pat Metheny and George Benson. Don't Miss It.
